Account Security

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified vip778 accounts only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device applies unless otherwise stated.

Malfunction Policy

Disconnection Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip778 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the vip778 Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vip778 staff, support agents, or other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

vip778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on any Content; (c) use any Content for commercial purposes; or (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vip778 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

vip778's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip778 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vip778 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. vip778 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact vip778's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. vip778 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.

vip778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vip778 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the vip778 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
